When visiting Orlando, Disney is no stranger to a plethora of different vacation housing options. While Orlando certainly has many things to offer, it’s always best to find the perfect place to stay on your amazing vacation. Disney World is home of the coolest Resorts to stay at and the experience you and your family will have will be magnificent. Of course, listing all of the Disney Resort stays would be time consuming, I’m going to share with you our stay and experience at Disney’s very own Polynesian Village Resort, where we stayed in one of their amazing Bora Bora Bungalows.

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is a place where you can enjoy the tropical specialties from the South Pacific, Asian foods and American foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This amazing Resort is a deluxe hotel at Walt Disney World themed to a retro tiki culture and the South Pacific. The Polynesian Resort is one of Disney World’s original hotels, and is considered a village because of its brod layout consisting of 11 longhouses plus the over the water Bora Bora Bungalows. The Great Ceremonial House at the Resort contains multiple restaurants, shops, and a themed lobby of tropical plants and tikis to give you that Polynesian experience. The resort has monorail access to Magic Kingdom, the Transportation and Ticket Center, the Grand Floridian Resort, and the Contemporary Resort. You can discover the signature tropical atmosphere that’s made the Polynesian Village Resort the guests favorite Disney stay since 1971.

The Bora Bora Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort are the latest Disney Vacation Club villas, and are an amazing place to stay. These Bungalows are located over the Seven Seas Lagoon with a beach in between. They are connected to one another placed over water to give you that South Pacific feel, as if you were to stay in the Maldives but at Disney! The beautiful Bora Bora Bungalow features 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed as well as 1 Queen-Size Sleeper Sofa and 2 Single Pull Down Beds. The rooms are very spacious and they sleep up to 8 adults, it’s perfect for large families! These Two-Bedroom over-the-water Bungalows feature a full kitchen, private deck, and a plunge pool. The home amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishes, glasses/utensils, free WiFi service, and Flat-Panel TV’s.
